Company working calendar

There is a working calendar of working and non-working days for the whole company in the Yamatec Oil program. This calendar serves as a model for an individual working calendar, when entering a new machine, i.e. when a new machine is entered in the machine list; its individual calendar is generated as a copy of the company’s calendar. Individual days are marked as working (black letters) or as non-working days (red letters) in the working calendar. 

When a day is changed from a working to a non-working day, or vice-versa, after saving the calendar the machine list displays divided into individual centres. If you want the executed change in the company’s calendar to be reflected in calendars of individual machines, you can mark here the concerned machines.

This procedure of a batch change in individual calendars by making a change in the company’s calendar is suitable in cases, when you enter a change in the calendar that concerns all machines. For example, when you enter a collection holiday, when all machines do not work.

Correctly set individual machine calendars are the fundamental prerequisite of correct lubrication planning. The program has to know the days, when the machines work and the days they don’t work to plan the lubrication tasks only for the working days.
