Departments

To divide the machine list according to the company's organizational structure, there is a list of departments in the Pocket Oil. Their number is unlimited, at least one department has to be entered in the program, however.

Each machine is assigned to one department. Later, when the lubricant consumption is evaluated, it is possible to evaluate the lubricant consumption for individual departments. Thus, you can have a good overview of the consumption of individual departments. The following picture shows a print report example of a lubricant warehouse issue according to departments sent to Excel.
