Users

After starting the Yamatec Oil or the Yamatec PocketOil programs, the first step is to log into the program. The operator has to enter his user name and password. It is important for the following reasons.

• To allow the program to be accessed only by authorised users
• To set the access data to various program functions to any operator individually according to his occupation

The log-in prevents accessing the program by unauthorised users and directs the access of authorised users to specific functions of the program. You can set, for example, users who can make changes in the machine list (add new machines, modify data of existing machines), users who can only view the machines, but cannot make any changes and users who have no access to the machine list at all.

To verify the correctness of the name and password, the program has a list of authorised users.

Every user has a unique ID, name, surname and password, as well as, set access rights to specific program functions.

Another possibility of using the user list is assigning specific lubrication tasks to users in a machine lubrication rule. For example, one maintenance worker will have assigned lubrication of a specific machine group and another worker of another group of machines. Each worker can print his daily lubrication plan of machines assigned to him.
