Warehouse inventories

To administer the warehouse with lubricants in the Yamatec Oil program, it must contain an agenda of warehouse issues. Differences between the state in the computer and the real state in the warehouse occur in every warehouse for various reasons after some time. These differences can be detected during an inventory. This has to be recorded in the Yamatec Oil program, which corrects the warehouse item state in the computer to the state detected during the inventory.

During a lubricant inventory in the warehouse, the following data are recorded: inventory number, date and time of inventory, lubricant and quantity detected during the inventory. The program keeps record also of the original quantity of the warehouse item in the program and the difference between the inventory quantity and the original quantity.

For statistics and analysis of lubricant inventories in the warehouse, there is a print report that enables to generate a list of performed inventories for a specified time period and to print it or to export it to the Excel.
