Lubrication plans
The lubrication plans are the most important part of the whole Yamatec Oil Fluid Management Solution. On the basis of correctly generated lubrication rules, the Yamatec Oil is able to generate lubrication tasks for individual machines. The lubrication rule sets for each lubrication point, how often, that is in what intervals, is a given lubrication task to be executed (e.g. checking and refilling oil), for example, every 80 hours. If the utilised capacity of a machine is, for example, 8 hours a day, i.e. the machine works in one working shift, the program knows that the oil at the lubrication point of the machine is to be checked and refilled every 10 working hours. During a plan generation, the program finds the day of the last oil check and refilling at the given machine and plans the following check 10 working days after the last check.
After the lubrication is completed, the person returns to the computer and enters by hand the executed tasks from the lubrication plan to the computer. If he uses the barcode reader to collect the lubrication data, the data on the executed lubrications are loaded to the computer directly from the barcode reader. It is not necessary to enter the data by hand. The lubrication plan items can be found in the Lubrication tasks module of the Yamatec Oil program. It contains all planned lubrications. The unexecuted planned lubrication tasks are black; the executed planned lubrication tasks are blue. The list shows the planned date of lubrication, the machine, which type of lubricant is to be used, what type of task is to be done and the quantity of lubricant planned for this task. If the task is already executed, it shows the execution date and the time and the actually used lubricant quantity.
Each lubrication task in the list contains detailed information of the planned lubrication and, in case it was already executed, also information of its execution. |
