Yamatec Oil registration

By purchasing an annual support of the Oil Fluid Management Solution you receive the active as well as the passive support and the right for the program update to the latest version. The program is activated by means of a licence key. Without the key the program works in a free version where you can manage lubrication of maximum five machines.

After purchasing the annual support, you will receive a licence key that is to be entered in the program. The maximum number of machines management support of which you purchased, is coded in it. The price of support is graded according to the number of machines you want to manage in your company. At the same time, there is the expiry date in the key, i.e. the day by which your purchased support expires. Furthermore, the key contains information, whether you purchased also the access to the Webstorage service and how many barcode readers with the PocketOil program you can use. The information of your licence is in the information window of the Yamatec Oil program.

If you use a free version of the program, you can see in the information window of the Yamatec Oil and Yamatec PocketOil programs that the licence key is not entered. See following picture.

If you purchased an annual support and you received the licence key, press the Registration button. The window, where you can enter the licence key, displays.

After pressing the Save button, the information window displays again. You can see there not only the entered licence key, but also the information it contains. That is the expiry date of the key, for how many machines, for how many barcode readers and whether you have purchased access to the Webstorage service for online back-up.

In case the expiry date of the license key is approaching, the Yamatec Oil program displays the following warning message at Yamatec Oil start-up.

In such case, it is necessary to contact your Oil Fluid Management Solution supplier and to purchase support for another period. Thereafter, you receive a new licence key that you enter in the program. Your licence is automatically renewed.

If you do not purchase support for another period, you will not be able to plan, execute and analyse lubrication after the licence expiry date. Old data will remain in the program and you can keep using and analysing them.
