By means of Yamatec Oil we plan refilling, cleaning and changing of lubricants in our machines. Recording of executed lubrication tasks to the computer provides us with a detailed overview of the lubricant consumption for any time period of any machine and of its lubrication point or any lubricant. We dispose of precise daily recordings of the issued lubricants from the preceding day in every centre and for every machine. At the same time we have an overview of the actual state of the lubricant stocks.

As a company with focus on management of machinery lubrication in production plants of our customers we appreciate the possibility to keep our records about machines in the Oil program, including their lubrication points and tank capacities. When replacing one lubricant with another, we appreciate the possibility of centralized change of the lubricant on selected machines. To keep warehouse records we utilise the interconnection of the warehouse and the lubrication tasks, i.e. after executing a lubrication the given amount of lubricant is subtracted from the warehouse immediately after its filling into the machine. The program supports data collection on the spot by means of a barcode reader with a very simple and intuitive way of operation. We can enter the measured lubricant values (concentration, pH, conductivity, temperature) and generate graphic outputs in the Yamatec Oil program. They can show us how the measured values develop and enable us to react to deteriorative lubricant parameters.
