Warehouse receipts

To administer a warehouse with lubricants in the Yamtec Oil program, it must contain an agenda of warehouse receipts. When a lubricant delivery arrives in the warehouse, it is necessary to create a warehouse receipt with the delivered lubricant quantity for each lubricant. After recording it in the program, the state on the warehouse item of the given lubricant increases by the received quantity.

During lubricant receipt to the warehouse the following data are recorded: receipt number, received quantity, date and time of lubricant receipt in the warehouse. The receipts can be recorded in the Yamatec Oil program manually or by entering the received quantity in the barcode reader with Yamatec PocketOil program. The entry in the barcode reader is made during the lubricant receipt in the warehouse and later the data are loaded from the barcode reader in the computer in the Yamatec Oil program.

For statistics and analysis of lubricant receipts to the warehouse for a specified time period, there is a print report in the Yamatec Oil program that enables to generate individual receipts or totals for lubricants and for specified time periods.
