Warehouse issues

To administer the warehouse with lubricants in the Yamatec Oil program, it must contain agenda of warehouse issues. The issues can be generated in three ways.

• When a lubrication task is fulfilled, an issue for the lubricant quantity that was used during lubrication is generated automatically.
• Manually by recording the issue.
• By recording the lubricant quantity in the barcode reader with the installed Yaamtec PocketOil program during the issue.

The warehouse state of the specific lubricant is decreased by the issued quantity during each of these procedures.

During a lubricant issue from the warehouse, the following data are recorded: issue number, issued quantity, date and time of lubricant issue, target centre and machine on which the lubricant was used.

For statistics and analysis of lubricant issues from the warehouse for a specified time period, there are several print reports in the Yamatec Oil program that enable to generate individual issues or totals for lubricants and for specified time periods. The summaries can be in total per lubricant or divided into individual machines or individual centres. The Yamatec Oil program enables thus to monitor the consumption of individual centres or even the consumption of individual machines.
